Perficient is currently looking for an Adobe Sr Digital Assets Manager for our National Adobe Practice. The preferred location is Atlanta, GA, however, this role can be located anywhere in the U.S. with occasional travel to Atlanta; otherwise work will be done remotely from home or a local Perficient office.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience managing digital asset management programs for large organizations, with at least one (1) of those years spent with AEM Assets. Candidate must demonstrate a working understanding of the digital asset needs of marketing departments; a mix of creative knowledge, business-facing communication, and some technical knowledge of AEM Assets is required.
Responsibilities
* Firm understanding of photography, creative, and production processes common in agencies and digital media organizations
* Maintain governance, process, and training documentation for future continuity
* Guide, train, and support corporate business units on the use of AEM Assets within an organization
* Able to organize and create efficient metadata models/schemas, taxonomy namespaces, and search schemas
* Work with Adobe Dynamic Media / Scene7, presets, filters, and color profiles
* Understanding the training of AEM Smart Tags using Adobe Sensei to enable client-specific Smart Tags
* Understand color models, ICC profiles and configuration of AEM to process CMYK assets
* Understand AEM video management capabilities, video processing, 3rd party syndication and viewing
* Understand using InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge and Creative Cloud integration with AEM
* Work with an AEM Technical Architect to scope custom AEM development for extending AEM Assets
* Understand how to maintain Adobe Brand Portal to asset portals
* Understand Digital Rights Management, and advise and configure archival policies
Qualifications
* Minimum three (3) years of experience with managing digital assets in a corporate environment
* Minimum one (1) year experience with AEM Assets 6.x
* Formal Adobe Training on AEM Assets is preferred
* Knowledge of AEM 6.4 capabilities is a major plus
* Experience with asset governance and organizational change management a major plus
* Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum 4 years consulting industry experience working with external clients
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of current technologies and complex enterprise level applications.
* Skilled ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
* Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and be able to multi task.
* Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
* Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and reporting skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Flexible to new situations and challenges.
* Flexibility to travel up to 50 percent.
Preferred skills and education:
* Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* Master's Degree
* Strong understanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applications
* Project management experience
* Scrum or Product Owner certification
