Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking a creative and experienced web administrator to join our growing marketing team. The position can be based in upstate South Carolina, Fayetteville, North Carolina or remotely in the southeast. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the MCA website and online content is best in class and driving sales growth across our footprint.

The main duties and responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
• Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies
• Maintaining positive professional relationships with external vendors and partners
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
• Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
• Execute email and social media marketing campaigns
• Use of Google Marketing Suite and other relevant sites
• Drive traffic to company pages for lead generation and conversion.
• Upload products into content management system
• Create and attach images to each product
• Create and attach copy and attributes to each product
• Upload promotional banners to the website
• Maintain the Store finder section with Store content, open hours etc.
• Create Coupon codes for marketing campaigns
• Review daily requests for content corrections and fix accordingly.
• Participating in Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to release of project deliverables

Ideal candidates will have the following experience, skills and education:
• Strong innovative visual designer, who works well independently
• 3+ years planning, designing complex web sites and mobile experiences
• Excels at incorporating best-in-class design principles (Color theory, space, shape, alignment, responsive etc.) to the web and mobile application concepts
• Experience selecting, creating and guiding visual content for the web (photos, advertising banners, video, etc.).
• Experience developing user experiences and designing user interfaces
• Experience creating and managing a website style guide
• Ideally use of Adobe Photoshop, IDesign, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics
• Knowledge of Bulk Editing, Multi-Attribution modelling, Bid Management across networks, A/B testing of adverts, Google Adwords
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, HTML, CSS, Photoshop. Other Content programming languages
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Superior research and problem solving skills
• Ability to actively manage and prioritize a large number of tasks with competing deadlines
• Demonstrated commitment to learning new technology
• High level of organization and keen attention to detail
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently, but also function as part of a dynamic team

Working Conditions

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and occassionally dry/arid conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear, utilize lift (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; be able to operate a motor vehicle.
