Reporting to our Recruiting Manager, the Technical Recruiter will be a part of our Technical Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and placement functions for IT positions with our base of clients throughout the US on a contract, project recruiting, managed services, contract-to-hire and Direct Hire basis. You will also recruit and source for internal Corporate positions, which includes technical, sales, customer service, admin and management role. (Internal & external recruiting). This is full Lifecycle recruiting role, including HR functions and employee relations.

Candidate should have 2-3+ years in a recruitment function, which includes sourcing/recruiting for technical roles (Infrastructure focused).
Candidate needs to have a HIGH sense of urgency and should possess experience in recruitment of IT roles such as Help Desk, Desktop Support, Engineers, Deployment projects, etc...
* Staffing/Recruiting industry recruiting is a plus but not required.
* Recruiting in other functions such as sales, customer service, mgmt, and admin roles
* Ability to coach & mentor alongside the others as needed
* Solid understanding of HR functions and policies and strong employee relations
* Professional communication and written skills
* Various ATS experience & Social Media recruitment
