We are looking for a SEO CONTENT WRITER/BLOGGER to join our team in DENVER or REMOTE.

What You'll Do

-

Generate compelling, engaging, original SEO contentprimarily in the form blogsthat inform and educate our target audience, expand our readership, and ultimately convert into sales leads

Quickly become an expert on Cherwell, our solutions, our competitors, and all things ITSM
-

Deliver against a rigorous editorial calendar of 10-15 quality pieces of content/posts per month
-

Collaborate with our SEO experts and incorporate their recommendations into the content you create
-

Promote new posts using digital ads, email, social media, and other mediums to attract new readers to our blog, and keep them coming back
-

Ensure that every article you write drives to another meaningful action on our web site; improve conversion rates by identifying and embedding the right calls-to-action within the content you author
-

Analyze web traffic and conversion metrics to understand what content performs (and what content doesn't), and apply that learning to future projects
-

Monitor responses/comments to posts via the website, social media, and other platforms
-

Invite other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to our blog
-

Stay current on industry technical trends to identify opportunities to attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content

What You Should Have

-

3+ years' experience writing/managing content for a B2B tech audience
-

3+ years' experience in content marketing or marketing communications
-

An understanding of SEO principles and the role of content in driving website traffic and lead conversion
-

Proven track record of producing that increases engagement and drives leads
-

Ability to use data-driven insights to write better material
-

Tech-savvy writer; excellent conceptual and creative writing skills
-

Exceptional research and communication skills
-

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and thrive under tight editorial deadlines

Provide three writing samples (ideally blog posts)

Nice to Have

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
