What we are looking for:
The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing is an experienced marketer who would be responsible for supporting our internal partnerships team and all of our channel and technology partners. The preferred candidate for this role will have a strong track record of driving indirect revenue through partnerships, building strong joint go-to-market strategies, and working alongside a fast-moving, global partnerships team.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer with a dotted line into the Director of Global Partnerships. New York City or Tyson's Corner, VA, strongly preferred, but remote employment will also be considered based on the candidate's experience.
What you will do:
- Engage with partners and learn their sales and marketing strategies, what our joint opportunity is, and how we can amplify our joint business
- Develop campaigns, events, messaging, and collateral that are tailored to partners and their customers
- Grow our brand through partner-focused communications to elevate Flashpoint as a priority partner
- Strategic management of MDF to invest in partner activities that produce joint ROI
- Align with product marketing on a robust partner enablement and education program that provides timely, tailored, and effective communications to partners and their customers
- Quantify program impact working with sales operations
- Support regional Public Relations activities with and through partners
- 6-8 years experience in a partner marketing role
- B2B marketing in a cybersecurity or threat intelligence firm required
- Proven, repeatable expertise working jointly with partners for success
- Track record of executing partner marketing programs that overachieved goals
- Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Superior writing and editing capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time and project management
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Flexibility to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with stakeholders around the world
