Senior Director of Digital Marketing
Location: US East Coast- Remote
Infor is seeking a B2B digital marketing strategist with extensive hands-on experience in creating digital lead generation campaigns, which includes Google PPC, paid social, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), as well as, understands how to optimize campaigns to meet effective KPIs.
The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing will create digital marketing strategy for Infor and will be responsible for creating multiple digital campaigns targeting B2B software leads to various industries, which includes Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, and Banking Services. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and will manage the SEM digital marketing team, which supports the global Field Marketing teams to generate and optimize leads. He/she will define campaigns and initiatives using all channels; social media (i.e. LinkedIn ABM), paid media, display, email marketing, ABM, SEO & SEM. The primary goal is to generate global and regional leads for the top of the sales funnel, then qualify them through Marketo lead scoring and behavior, to the MQL stage. The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing should be a guru data with exceptional skills in pulling Analytics and Marketo reporting for the executive team.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the strategy and development of demand generation programs. The right candidate will oversee the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with Sales and Field Marketing to obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns.
* Manage SEM and SEO digital marketing teams; Director of Digital Marketing will report to this position
* Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance weekly; provide campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on agreed upon KPI's.
* Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation
* Use Marketo marketing automation to deploy email campaigns, as well as, improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
* Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
* Partner closely with the product marketing, creative, and the field marketing teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization and advertising.
* Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, and social through A/B testing and experimentation
* Oversee and manage the SEO, SEM, and display ad campaigns
* Has experience with Account Based Marketing
* Has launched social media lead generation campaigns and can show a ROI
* Extensive experience with lead scoring and nurturing email marketing campaigns through the funnel
* A/B testing of landing pages
Qualifications:
* BA/BS in Marketing or related field
* Extensive experience with website optimization to improve page ranks in SERP
* 8 ? 10 years of experience working in a hands-on digital marketing role; the right candidate must have experience deploying their own campaigns, such as writing ads and developing keyword lists on Google AdWords. If you have only used an agency to deploy your campaigns, this is not the right position for you.
* Expert with Marketo Marketing Automation software and for deploying email blasts, nurture, and drip campaigns
* Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices; has written keywords for website pages
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and running detailed reports
* Critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills a must
* Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple, high-priority projects
* Metrics and results driven
* Can develop executive-level presentations to present campaign results
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in a virtual environment
* Has managed a digital marketing team
* Lead acquisition and customer retention digital programs
* Global digital marketing experience a plus, but not necessary. i.e. EMEA, APAC and LATAM geo marketing.
