Our HubSpot People Operations team prides itself on our innovative and flexible approach to HR, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Benefits Administrator. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for helping others, great attention to detail, and an interest in growing their career within the Total Rewards space.
As a trusted member of the People Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits programs as well as exciting initiatives to support employees. You will be a main point of contact for employee benefits, compliance, and programs in NAM (Canada, Colombia, and US).
Responsibilities:
Oversee and administer global benefit programs throughout the NAM region
Implement new automation and process improvements to ensure scalability of benefits/programs
Complete enrollment processing tasks, auditing, employee resolution, etc.
Develop, maintain, and deliver benefit communications including employee onboarding, open enrollment, intranet sites, and other initiatives
Utilize global benchmarking and gap analysis to develop and maintain project plans for ongoing annual review of benefits and new expansions
Lead implementation of benefits in new and existing entities, including creation of benefit playbooks
Collaborate with and manage relationships with external providers, vendors, and brokers and ensure timely renewals, launch/implementation of new benefits, and resolution of employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations and develop business processes to ensure ongoing compliance
Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams including Payroll, Legal, Finance and teams within People Operations (HRBPs, Workday/HRIS)
Perform audits and reconciliation of benefits related enrollments, billing, and data to ensure accuracy
Other benefit projects and assignments as necessary
Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in benefit administration & program management in NAM
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and collaborate across various stakeholders
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and carrier/broker relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability/desire to coach and mentor others on the team
Knowledge of regulations, compliance and reporting requirements
Strong attention to detail, analytical and execution skills and ability to implement and execute new processes
Strong customer service focus with ability to work with confidential information and consistently exercise good judgment

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
