The firm represents workers whose former employers violated their state or federal rights, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, discrimination, and sexual harassment. The senior attorney will help to better support the firm's clients by working with other attorneys within the firm. Often times these attorneys will be more junior in experience level than the senior. There is a path to professional growth built into this position so that after demonstrated proven results, you may be eligible for promotion to lead your own team of 2-4 associates and manage your own docket.
