HubSpot’s Sales Strategy and Operations team is looking for candidates who are interested in changing the way companies do business from the inside out. This Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst will work directly with sales leaders throughout our Global offices to transform the roles of our sales reps and managers. You will define strategic choices, plans, and programs to accelerate sales growth and improve sales rep productivity. The focus of this work will be designing and executing strategic sales initiatives as well as providing operational and analytical support for these initiatives.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the director of Guided Selling and sales leadership to develop and implement Sales programs aimed at increasing sales productivity
Work with sales representatives and sales managers to collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from pilots and ongoing initiatives
Collaborate with our internal enablement team to build and deliver program enablement to the sales team at the representative and manager level
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Data Science to turn our ideas into reality and ensure these initiatives deliver impact to our stakeholders
Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change
Perform deep analysis on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators
We are looking for people who:
Have strong business consulting and analytical skills
Have experience with SQL or another coding language
Can facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results.
Can adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
Are extremely well organized
Proficient in English (English is the business language in HubSpot - This is a core requirement of the role)
Additional items that are a plus:
Experience using BI tools such as Looker/Tableau/Qlik to create data models, reports and dashboards.
A passion for working with tools and building processes that can leverage artificial intelligence.
