Sales Advisor
Is hunting leads your idea of a good time? Do you know the solar industry, but are tired of being out in the heat to close deals?
Prospect Bacon is searching for a full-time Sales Advisor who will work remotely to contribute to generating leads and building revenue through adding new clients and retaining existing ones. The Sales Advisor will work directly with the CEO to learn our systems and methodologies for creating leads, and receive ongoing sales training to improve closing rates.
During an average week, the Sales Advisor will be using social media to build relationships, create value for prospective clients, and generate sales calls. You'll be getting prospects on the phone and, using our system, showing them the consistent value of working with Prospect Bacon. This is a 'hunting' sales role, and we expect you to create your own opportunity. Once you've shown us you can close, we will provide you with cold traffic leads generated through ads.
This is a learning position, so we're looking for someone who is humble and hungry. The right candidate is one who takes initiative, cares about serving our market well, and is eager for the opportunity that comes with a high-earning sales role.

Job Requirements:
  • Lead Generation: Using our methods and systems, build a pipeline of warm prospects
  • Revenue Growth: Converting your own leads, as well as leads from ads into clients, and assisting with client retention
  • Documentation: Updating the CRM daily to reflect your work
  • Communication: Keeping the team up-to-date, and attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
Must Have:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience in a 'hunter' sales role
  • Reliable internet connection and technology
