Job Description
Position Overview
The company is based in Lewisburg, PA. This position can be remote for the right individual.
The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of all projects, and is the face of the team while projects are in-flight. This position offers several opportunities for advancement in the company. The PM reports to the COO and has no direct reports.
Responsibilities
· Provide a top-notch customer experience
· Communicate effectively with both business and IT personnel.
· Interact effectively with non-technical client contacts in order to recommend the best solutions across a wide range of business types and sizes.
· Translate client business requirements into technical requirements and define a business solution
· Write thorough statements of work and/or scope documents.
· Resolve client inquiries and issues as quickly as possible. .
· Document all aspects of client interactions
· Keep accurate opportunity and case data.
· Manage project objectives and key parameters of the services organization, including project performance, resource utilization, customer support, and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure that projects are completed on schedule per customer due dates.
· Implement new process improvement procedures when necessary.
· Review and verify customer invoicing is complete and accurate.
· Collaborate with sales staff to complete project estimates, statements of work and other work as needed to shorten and/or close the sales cycle.
Qualifications Required (Skills)
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years’ experience of project management experience leading project teams of at least 3-5 resources
· Experience with software architecture design and implementation
· Experience in multiple software development lifecycle phases, including requirements definition, analysis, design, and software construction
· Experience defining and tailoring AGILE processes
· Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with customers on projects
· Experience leading multiple projects and staff.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills.
· Knowledge of various Project management software platforms and PSA’s (JIRA, 10k' Plans, ZenDesk, etc.)
· Experience with Commercial Cloud hosting services such as Azure and Azure OS
