Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Medicare)
BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is hiring a team of work from home Healthcare Customer Service Representatives that are the cornerstone of the next-level service we provide to our Medicare customers. In addition to helping the senior population understand their health plan, our Medicare Healthcare Customer Service team will be the first point of contact for the client. If you are patient, empathetic, clear communicator with a passion for helping people - this is the job for you.
Medicare Healthcare Customer Service Representatives will:
- Work from home, ramp up quickly, and are paid for training.
- Be provided with all the necessary equipment to be successful (laptop, mouse, headset, monitors, etc)
- Receive a generous hourly rate
- Have awesome coworkers (if we do say so ourselves)
What we're looking for in a Medicare Healthcare Customer Service Representative:
- Strong, recent call center customer service experience is a must
- Friendly, patient, caring personality - you may have to reiterate information or ask clarifying questions
- Active listener with the ability to assist Medicare members using non-technical jargon
- Clear communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to achieve first call resolution and a 95% quality score (aka being passionate about your job)
- Self-proclaimed MS Office experts
- Availability to attend 100% of training and the first 90 days of production - because our Medicare members REALLY need you
- Previous Medicare Advantage member service experience + work from home experience - is a bonus
A day in the life as a Medicare Healthcare Customer Service Representative:
- Receive inbound Medicare inquiry calls (update contact information, change in primary care physician, prescription pricing, premium cost, etc).
- Input data and navigate from system to system while on calls
- Light up customers days through helping and interacting with them - you might be the ONLY call that person has all day
- Enjoy a work from home lifestyle where you can connect with coworkers and customers virtually
