Just because she isn't an 'A-player' for one job doesn't means she can be for another We find the right fit DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As we are growing, MilSpec Capital is looking for a strong generalist recruiter (1099) to find and help our Veteran candidates. Position is remote and part-time, so must be someone willing to adapt to and work in a virtual environment. Candidates must be willing to work at 100% commission for the first 3-6 months Job is relatively simple. Spread the word on various job forums and bring in the right Veteran fit for each role You will be compensated once your candidate gets the job. Plus, our unique bonus structure will rate and reward you for your efforts in being a fair and caring recruiter If you bring in another company that fits our client criteria, then you will be given an additional commission for their future hires QUALIFICATIONS Must have following competencies: Un-wavering 'Can-do' attitude Effective communicator- Able to clearly articulate what's going on and provide updates/challenges Caring of others- Respectful and caring of team, candidates, and clients Possess a 'Yes, and' mentality Organized- Follows protocol and is does not easily make mistakes Strong follow-through- Does not 'fire and forget'; attempts to close the loop and is persistent Strong character and integrity- Non-negotiable BA/BS is preferred.
