This is remote position; incumbent can be based out of ANY STATE in the United States.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for the ongoing marketing support for a set of BioLife centers and the development and sharing of network best practices across the network. The position will collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations colleagues to ensure local information is filtered up from the field and that local/regional marketing strategies are supported across the organization. This position will require a deep understanding of best practices in regional/local marketing including local promotions, B2B activity and community involvement. The position will report to the Group Manager, Field Marketing.
Develop and share of network best practices
- Identify marketing best practices from within the network of BioLife centers and set best practice standards to roll-out improvements across the network; including:
- In-center promotional activities
- In-center merchandising
- Community involvement and B2B partnerships
- Outreach strategies for different donor demographics (e.g., high student populations or centers with significant seasonality)
- Support centers? community involvement and B2B partnership activities
- Provide input into the development of quarterly advertising campaigns, other creative and collateral materials
- Provide input into media planning and placement for local advertising campaigns
- Facilitate communication between BioLife and the centers
- Provide centers with information regarding corporate marketing strategies and activity
- Filter up local feedback from the centers, including but not limited to:
- Recommendations for corporate marketing and advertising activity to support local/regional strategies
- Effectiveness of fees and corporate marketing activity
- Local market insights and competitive intelligence
- In-center experience with a focus on improving donor acquisition and retention
- Execute ?deep-dives? into specific centers with issues relating to donor acquisition and/or win-back to understand root causes and develop action plans
- Develop and lead marketing trainings for centers, where applicable
- Ensure centers adhere to all BioLife marketing guidelines and standards
- to provide donors with relevant information
- Develop and customize templates for routine email sends
- Draft compelling copy for each communication
3+ year of experience in field marketing, up to 25% travel
Proven record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing efforts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Creative and resourceful. Can resolve issues/problems that may come up in the field
