This position is a remote position with frequent travel and can be located anywhere in the Midwest.
Position Description
The main responsibility of the Field Marketing Manager is to oversee the activities undertaken in franchisee business, collaborate with franchisee and store managers for monitoring their business, and make sure that all marketing campaigns and the ongoing CRM program is running effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage the implementation national marketing programs at the dealer level – have a thorough understanding of objectives and strategies for each.
* Develop annual field marketing plans, based segmented marketing tactics like email marketing, direct mail, online marketing, live events, etc.
* Deepen and strengthen the relationship with individual dealers, serving as the key "point" person for assigned dealers.
* Act as the day-to-day liaison connecting the dealers with the corporate marketing and CRM program.
* Assist and guide the dealers through consultation on how to best optimize and improve program performance (IE, increasing ROI)
* Managing all domains of field management like marketing, project planning as per the client's requirement, recommending desired plan of action, and estimating overall cost of marketing.
* Assisting in the development of both lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns; promoting products across channels -- potentially including social media marketing.
* Coordinating with internal RRD team and client corporate marketing team, preparing presentation documents and other documents related to promotional events and campaigns.
* Coordinating with internal RRD team regarding creative materials (IE, HTML based banners, posters, animated ads, etc., for conducting online marketing for dealers).
* Closely working Business Intelligence team to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts through program and campaign results reporting as well as provide actionable dealer-level recommendations based on these findings.
Required Skills
* Undergraduate business degree with minimum 5 years in a field marketing support role with direct marketing, advertising, PR firm or client side CRM / direct marketing responsibilities required.
* Travel as necessary – expect 50%.
* Demonstrated track record in field and promotional marketing. Ability to handle pressure and work in a constantly changing atmosphere.
* Detail-oriented; demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple dealer relationships in a fast-paced environment – including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
* Excellent problem solving, planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
* Business acumen skills a plus; including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to engender client loyalty. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
