Job Description
Position Summary:
THIS POSITION IS REMOTE
The eCommerce National Account Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Retail Sales. This person will be responsible for sales, profits and growth targets for Highline Aftermarket distributed and manufactured products across online retailers.
The ideal candidate has experience as it relates to Consumer-Packaged Goods, strategic planning, sales data analytics, new business development and building relationships. Knowledge of online retail is required.
Essential Job Duties:
· Works closely with category management, marketing and supply chain to develop and execute a collaborative business plan that delivers increased sales volume and profit
· Works with Highline suppliers to optimize online content and support processes for effective new product launches and content refresh for existing products
· Supports sales and content development strategy for all Highline Private Label products
· Seeks out new business and product opportunities for growth across all ecommerce retailers
· Weekly reporting on sales results and new business opportunities
· Exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as set by management
· Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years of experience in successful sales management of Ecommerce Channel Retailers
Skills & Attributes
· Automotive Aftermarket experience
· Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods
· Customer and growth orientated
· Strong negotiating and influencing skills
· Understanding of Vendor Central, and other eCommerce 3rd party data providers
· Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, internal and with the account
· Adaptability in a fast paced and evolving team
· A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
