3+ temporary attorneys with large firm M&A due diligence review experience for REMOTE project.
Pay rate: 45- 55/ hr.
Starts ASAP. Deal docs for the first acquisition are already available, so we would like to get someone started immediately. ?Remote work basis.
Attorneys will be working remotely, and there is no preference on location. However, there may be occasional check-in calls scheduled in PST.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Admitted attorney in good standing in any state
- 5+ years of substantive M&A transactional experience
- Significant M&A due diligence (not real estate) experience
- Experience on due diligence projects at a mid to large law firm. MUST HAVE large law firm experience to know they?ve been exposed to large deals
- Able to commit at least 30 ? 40 hours a week on the project. 40 hours ideally, but we?re flexible.
- We anticipate having quite a few of these transactions in the near future, and prefer candidates interested in forming a longer term relationship with firm. Candidates who have opted for contract work as a longer term life-style choice, rather than an interim solution between full-time roles are ideal.
DUTIES:
- Perform M&A due diligence
- Assist in commercial document review for large merger transaction
- Will perform the basic due diligence review, but must also be able to produce summaries based on their findings.
