Digital Brand Specialist – Work from Home
Sage Tree is a part of the growing world of e-commerce and digital marketing. As more and more retail sales move online, more manufacturers need experts to effectively manage their brand’s online reputation. That’s where Sage Tree comes in. We need a Brand Specialist to help these growing clients manage their online reviews and frequently asked questions in order to effectively sell more products.
As our Brand Specialist, you’ll work closely with sales, merchandising, and social media teams to ensure that each customer is having a positive online experience. You’ll respond to customer reviews, answer questions about products, and act as the liaison between the brand and the customer to resolve issues. You’ll be the go-to person for this rapidly growing division of the company, focusing on the success of online review ratings for our brands.
To be successful, you’ll need to be passionate about finding solutions for customers in a timely manner and be a motivated independent worker. This is a remote position with flexible PTO, full health benefits, 401k match, phone allowance, and a company laptop. Essential Job Functions:
Assist Reputation Management team in responding to reviews and questions for clients
Craft responses to customers that foster brand advocacy and repeat purchases
Develop monthly reports showing the progress of each client’s review ratings
Perform analyses of reviews and ratings to determine the overall health
Provide product development and merchandising recommendations based on findings
Create standard practices to simplify the process of managing reviews for multiple brands
Education and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
Associates degree or Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Background in ecommerce and online marketing preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills and patience to deal with difficult situations
Confidence, organizational skills, and resilience
Quick learner with the capacity to hold knowledge on a wide variety of products
High level of initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Desire to contribute to a positive work environment and create success for clients and team members
Ability to build relationships across teams and clients
Passion, integrity and energy
