Customer Care Team.
Premiere inbound call center. Calls from members of all ages. Assist with daily needs – make appointment with doc, get ID card, updating & adjusting a claim, calling providers, etc.
30-45 calls/day on average. Benefits and Eligibly Representatives have quicker calls than the Claims Agents.
At desk all day long. Need energy & drive.
Customer Service experience is REQUIRED. This is a “high-level” CSR job and is “not for the faint of heart.” At least 1.5-2 years is ideal.
Call center is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker. There have been employees with office or retail that have performed well.
Healthcare or medical experience is EXTREMELY PREFERRED and those resumes will be prioritized.
Job hopping is unattractive – multiple jobs every year, over and over again.
Please put some time in to the resumes – we want resumes that show what kind of person they are.
Note for your interview prep: Rashad stressed multiple times that the team wants to see candidates that have a DRIVE TO HELP CUSTOMERS. Will need to exude energy in the interview.
40 WPM is desired, but no need to test. This is really a phone positon.
Need to have had computer experience and be comfortable on a computer.
Potential to extend AND convert to full-time. There is generally attrition so they like to backfill with the contractors. Not a definite, but surely a potential.
Training: 4 weeks of training. 8-4:30 or 8:30 to 5. Can’t miss any days of training. Then 2 weeks of nesting on the same schedule. Then go to a preference-based scheduled between 7am to 7pm (8-hour shift in this window). M-F.
