Position Description: THIS POSITION IS REMOTE
Accountabilities:
- Answer inbound customer service calls.
- Proven customer service skills, proficiency with Internet-based applications, and excellent communication skills.
- Open to coaching/feedback and works to make changes as appropriate.
- Research and resolve customer service problems/issues.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Explain the Rewards program to the customer to promote understanding and engagement.
- Troubleshoot and provide assistance with website login and first level technical issues.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Maintain expertise level knowledge for all programs.
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-directed, and a highly motivated individual
- Position may include other duties as determined by the company.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to achieve set objectives
- Administrative detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to handle change, multiple demands, and the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while communicating over the telephone
- Ability to use good judgment in dealing with external and internal customers
- Ability to navigate a computerized data system
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to make decisions/remedy situations under general supervision using company policies/procedures
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Internet-based programs/applications
- Attention to detail/accurate typing and data entry skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong organizational skills
- Typing speed of 20+ wpm
- Proficient with Windows operating system
Additional Work AT Home Requirements:
- Internet speed must be 10mbps or greater
- We require a dedicated phone line - Deluxe pays for the install fee
- Deluxe reimburses $40 per month for phone/internet, beyond that is employee responsibility
- Ability to work independently, in a quiet environment free of distraction and background noise
- Ability to trouble shoot computer issues to determine if they are provider, hardware or software related and take appropriate steps to resolve
- Deluxe provides a computer, keyboard/mouse, monitors, shredder, surge protector, & phone. Employee must be able to provide a desk/chair.
- Must be able to be attend 2 weeks of onsite training in Lenexa followed by 2 weeks of onsite coaching at the Lenexa facility, then transition to home office. This is a work at home/remote position.
- Must have the ability to travel to and from our facility for the entire duration of training. Travel expenses will be candidate's responsibility.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hiring for shifts starting between 9:30am and 11:30am working M-F with one-week day off and every Sunday 9am-2pm.
- Hourly rate $14.10, $1.00 Bilingual
- $.75 shift differential for our 11:30am start time
