In this role you will start with the basics; answering calls in a call center environment and other inquiries such as online chat or emails, providing solutions to a variety of customer support questions, concerns or issues and ending up with a long term customer focused career with Runzheimer! We want you to be successful, working in the Customer Care Center at Runzheimer we will provide you with the tools and the support to become a valued team member while enjoying a fun team environment. Must be able to work a 2pm -7pm Central Standard Time shift Monday - Friday. This position is open to remote workers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Promptly answer telephone calls, emails, chats and other customer service requests using all quality criteria. Assume ownership of all issues received. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer service requests are resolved effectively and efficiently.
* Resolve customer support related issues and provide customer with accurate solution via the proper knowledge base/troubleshooting/escalation/internal support processes.
* Assume ownership and accuracy of all scheduled activities, including queue assignments.
* Log all customer issues in designated application. Provide detailed and accurate notes for all related activities needed to resolve issue. Promptly refer issues to other departments as needed.
* Follow established policies and procedures regarding problem resolution.
* Troubleshoot all technical issues using departmental/product guidelines, detail troubleshooting steps taken if further escalation is needed.
* Prepare accurate client deliverables in accordance with request specifications and within stated timeframe.
* Provide input on best practices and contribute to process improvement ideas.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
* Associate Degree (or relevant business experience).
* 2+ year(s) customer service experience preferred
* 1+ year(s) call center experience preferred.
* Masterful problem solving skills - identifying root cause, customer need and providing solutions.
* Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities - this is a fast-paced, rapidly changing company!
* Team player mentality
* Detail oriented
* Able to apply very good functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of mobile technologies and platforms.
* Demonstrated competency in department processes, including: Interaction Client and Adherence.
