Customer Advisor - Richmond Shared Services Center - Full Time Work From Home

The Support Services Department is seeking Virtual Call Center Agents to join our team to provide an excellent customer service experience in the inbound call center.
Work virtually from home and save time and money! We provide a company desktop computer and a monthly stipend for High Speed Internet. We also offer training, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits that include several insurance packages to choose from, paid time off for vacation, sick leave and holidays, company matching 401K.
You must be available to attend 3 weeks of on-site training at our business office in Richmond, VA, located at The Boulders VIII, 7300 Beaufont Springs Drive.
Summary of duties: Customer Advisor talks with guarantors/patients, both in person and by phone to resolve concerns, answer questions promptly and courteously. Will also r esearch and obtain additional information to resolve account.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Solid, comprehensive work experience in a fast paced call center environment
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
- Excellent trouble shooting, problem resolution skills
- Experience accessing multiple systems applications with proficiency
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills (writing/verbal)
- Exceptional patient and customer service skills
- Inbound call center experience
- The ideal candidate must be able to work Monday to Friday, 10:30AM to 7:00PM EST
- You must be able to train for 3 weeks on-site at our business office in Richmond, VA, located at The Boulders VIII, 7300 Beaufont Springs Drive.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
