Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a REMOTE Business Analyst position. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
Length: 1 Year
Pay: $30.00/HR
Shift/Hours: Hours of operation are Mon-Friday 8-5pm
Responsibilities for this REMOTE Business Analyst position include but are not limited to:
Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related timekeeping matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage PeopleNet inquires with 24-hour response time.
• Manage tickets assigned to the payroll team through ServiceNow.
• Update teammate access in PeopleNet.
• Update missing rates in PeopleNet.
• Update cost centers in PeopleNet.
• Run pre-close processes in PeopleNet.
• Run close process in PeopleNet.
• Act as liaison between Markets and PeopleNet vendor.
• Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
• Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.
• Serve as a backup to Workday Payroll Systems Specialist
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Computer literate.
• Working knowledge of 10-key calculator.
• Working knowledge of general office duties.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good telephone skills.
• Great active listening skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
• A patient and empathetic attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
