Seeking Bookkeeper for Boutique Commercial Real Estate Firm. Must have experience with commission based payment.
This is a remote position. Must be timely in responsiveness.
- Track expenses, cash flow and other financial dealings of company
- Insure that all accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- Insure that all accounts receivable are collected promptly
- Track and update due dates of payments as needed
- Create and send invoices to clients
- Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices as needed
- Provide regular accounts receivable reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in COMMISSION-BASED PAYMENT; commercial real estate experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented, communicative, adept at problem-solving and working efficiently
