Job Description
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to work as an independent contractor (individual can work remotely).
Starting at 10-15 hours per week with possibility of up to 30 hours if desired.
This Administrative Assistant will work for a firm that specializes in event planning and management, strategic marketing, social media, website development, graphic design, copywriting and other related corporate communication services.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize work and develop procedures to assist with organization;
- Send daily email correspondence to various constituents;
- Organize and schedule meetings;
- Develop and send electronic news;
- Perform a variety of data entry;
- Create, edit and develop spreadsheets and reports;
- Compose letter, notifications and perform mail merges;
- Organize and file documents as needed;
- Perform duties related to office management;
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Suite - Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Independent worker with passion and enthusiasm
- Successful multitasker
- Creative problem-solver
- Positive, go-getter
