Job Requirements
This is a full-time remote admin position for someone with exquisite organizational and administrative skills who loves collaborating and communicating with people.
The job requires written and spoken fluency in English (any other language skills are a plus).

About You
You are Accurate and Organized
To be successful in this role you'll need to be focused and detail-oriented, both with tasks, as well as with numbers. Project management, from taking a new task, researching it, figuring out the steps required to deliver the work on time, and problem solving are extremely important. You'll be dealing with at least 250 sponsorships a year, so you are passionate about maintaining reliable systems for recording and tracking multiple details. Figuring out efficient logistics and work flows is fun for you.
You are an Excellent Communicator
We are a remote company and you will be working with organizers from every corner of the planet. This means you have great communication skills, particular written. You are someone who is clear and concise, and able to synthasize information from various places and make it easy for others to review and respond.
You have Enthusiasm for Learning
This job does not require previous knowledge of User Experience or our software (though that is a plus!), however you are someone interested in listening and learning about these things in order to help assist the Marketing Team in meeting their goals. You know how to absorb new information AND ask the right questions to help build your knowledge. You have the humility and self-confidence needed to ask for help. You own your mistakes, and use them as opportunities for growth.

The Work

You will be a member of our Admin Team and work collaboratively with our Marketing Team, coordinating remotely with co-workers and event organizers from around the world.
As a member of the Admin Team, you will help join our mission to be caretakers of Balsamiq. We take pride in making sure the company is legally and financially healthy, and that are co-workers our taken care of.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing a $350,000 a year budget; making sure spending is meeting the goals and guidelines of the Marketing Team
- carefully following guidelines for vetting each sponsorship request
- dealing with all the communication related to each sponsorship request
- completing payments and maintaining accurate records of contracts, w-9s, and invoices for all sponsorships
- giving out promo codes, discount codes, and extended trials related to sponsorships
- creating an end-of-year report to post on our blog
- coordinating with our marketing team for special requirements for some events
- helping organize our booth presence at 5+ conferences each year
- mailing or electronically sending out out SWAG to special customers and for some events
- coordinating production of business cards and SWAG for sponsorships, staff, retreats, and other occasions
- reviewing and optimize our sponsorship processes regularly
If you still have time, we could use your help project-managing a few other little and medium projects.
Starting salary: $50,000/year (negotiable). We offer great benefits and have a generous profit sharing program.
